By accessing or using Business in Pocket ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Business in Pocket is an AI-powered SaaS platform for local businesses, offering marketing automation, competitor intelligence, online presence scanning, AI website generation, appointment booking, and customer communication tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe, PayPal, or accepted crypto methods.
• You may cancel your subscription anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are issued at our sole discretion within 7 days of payment, only if no AI credits were consumed.
• AI generation limits per plan: Free Trial (50), Starter (100), Pro (500), Business (Unlimited).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the Service
• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content
• Send spam or unauthorized commercial messages through our AI bots
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Abuse, harass, or impersonate any person or entity

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools (marketing plans, websites, chat responses) is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI output before publishing. We do not guarantee accuracy, legal compliance, or fitness for any specific purpose. You retain ownership of content you create.

7. Intellectual Property

The Business in Pocket platform, including its code, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Business in Pocket and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited and will be pursued via DMCA and legal action.

8. Third-Party Integrations

You may connect your Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, or Google accounts to the Service. You authorize us to access these accounts solely for the features you opt into. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policies of third-party platforms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that harms other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business in Pocket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Belgrade.
